Pro · planned

Two packs. Not on sale yet.

The calculator, the evidence pack and the letters on this site are free and stay free. The paid packs are planned for businesses with a large balance on ice that want more structure. Prices are one-off: we will never take a percentage of money released.

Evidence pack

$199 one-off, planned

  • A guided checklist of the documents a risk review asks for: fulfilment proof, invoices, refund policy, supplier records.
  • The one-page summary laid out as a PDF with your evidence index.
  • A response email for the review team.

Pack + tracker

$499 one-off, planned

  • Everything in the evidence pack.
  • The full case file: hold timeline, release-date log, evidence figures, escalation dates, letters and sources as one clean A4 PDF. Preview it free with a SAMPLE watermark.
  • A hold tracker with reminders for day 120, day 180 and every reply deadline on your route.
  • The full letter set, with the interest claim worked out to the day.
  • Escalation pack: a referral bundle for the ombudsman or regulator built from your timeline, replies and evidence (coming soon).
  • Partial-release follow-ups if the processor refuses or counters, with the reserve re-worked as disputes close (coming soon).

Free now, and the base the packs will build on: the release-date log, the escalation timeline with calendar reminders and the deadline chase, the partial-release request, the deductions challenge letter and the PayPal Notice of Dispute checklist.

Nothing can be charged: checkout is switched off. Until it opens, use the free calculator, evidence pack and letters.

What the same problem costs elsewhere.

Services that work on held payouts publish very different prices, and some publish none. Prices below are copied from each provider’s own page on the date shown, in the currency they use. Success rates and timings are their own claims; we have not checked them.

Which fits? If the balance is large, the processor has stopped answering and you want someone to act for you, a lawyer or a managed service may be worth the fee: ask for the price in writing first. If you are happy to send the letters yourself, the free tools here do that today. FrozenFunds is not a law firm and is not affiliated with any provider listed; we earn nothing from these links.

Still need to take payments?

A frozen balance and a closed account are two problems. If you need a new provider, apply openly and disclose your history when asked. FrozenFunds will not help anyone hide a past closure or sell prohibited goods.

We plan to list a few backup processors here. If any listing ever earns us a referral fee, it will say so next to the link.

For a large balance, a solicitor or attorney may be worth it. Ask about a fixed fee before you agree to anything.
