Entry 02b · Release-date log
Every date they gave you, in order.
Each time the processor names a release date, log it: the day you were told, the date given, and where. A date that keeps moving is evidence. In DRN-6072193 the ombudsman read a release date that “changed so often”, with changes sent after each deadline had passed, as a sign the processor could not show the risk it was protecting against. The log stays in this browser; export it to attach.
